Privacy Policy

When you use a command, button or form, Discord sends the app your user ID and name, the server and channel you used it in, your roles in the Alkeari Labs server, and what you typed or chose. When someone joins the Alkeari Labs server, Discord tells the app who joined.

• A bug report or suggestion becomes a forum post in the Alkeari Labs server, with your mention, your text and any files you attached.
• A beta request is posted to a staff-only channel with your mention and the games and projects you picked; an approval gives you the matching roles.
• An update subscription adds or removes a role on you.
• A join is noted with your mention in a staff-only channel.

The app keeps no database. What it posts is stored by Discord in the Alkeari Labs server like any other message. It runs on Cloudflare, which keeps short-term request logs under its privacy policy. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used to track you.

To have a post the app made for you removed, write to contact@alkeari.com or message a moderator in the server. Leaving the server or removing the app stops it receiving anything about you.

This policy may be updated; the newest version is always on this page.
